Summary
This study is testing whether learning online skills to boost positive emotions can improve well-being and affect markers of biological aging. Researchers will enroll 80 adults aged 40-70 to use a self-guided program focused on gratitude and mindfulness. They will measure changes in mood, stress, and biological age indicators over 12 months to see if the program makes a difference.
