Summary
This study is testing a new computer training program designed to help veterans who have both a mild brain injury and PTSD. The program teaches people to better recognize emotions in other people's faces and voices, and includes exercises to improve attention. Researchers want to see if this training helps veterans communicate better and feel more connected in their daily lives and communities.
