Summary

This study is testing a new training program designed to help people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) better manage their intense emotions. Researchers will teach a specific thinking skill called 'cognitive reappraisal' to 130 participants over several weeks. They will use brain scans and symptom surveys to see if this training helps reduce emotional instability and improves daily life.
