Summary
This study is testing a 6-part online therapy program called Emotion Regulation Therapy (ERT) for adults in New York who struggle with excessive worry, rumination, or self-criticism. The goal is to see if learning specific emotional regulation skills can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve daily functioning. Researchers will track how participants' thoughts and feelings change week-by-week during the therapy sessions.
