Summary
This study is for 700 people with chronic conditions like arthritis, diabetes, or heart disease. Researchers will use a small movement sensor worn for 5 days every 4 months to track physical activity and sitting time. The goal is to see if a person's unique activity pattern can predict if they will develop additional chronic diseases over 4 years. This is an observational study, not a treatment.
