New device aims to restore blood flow in stroke emergencies

Summary

This study looks at how safe and effective the EmboTrap II device is at removing blood clots in people having a severe stroke. About 100 participants will be watched to see if the device can restore blood flow to the brain without causing harm. The goal is to improve recovery by quickly opening blocked arteries.
