Summary
This Phase 3 trial compares elritercept to epoetin alfa in 300 adults with low- to intermediate-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) who need red blood cell transfusions. The main goal is to see if elritercept can help patients go without transfusions for at least 12 weeks while raising hemoglobin levels. The study also looks at quality of life and safety.
