New combo therapy aims to beat hard-to-treat multiple myeloma

Summary
This study tests whether adding cyclophosphamide to elranatamab can improve outcomes for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments, especially those with risk factors that make standard therapy less effective. About 26 adults with measurable disease will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how many achieve a complete response.
