Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether a combination of two drugs—elranatamab (given as a shot) and iberdomide (taken as a pill)—is safe and tolerable for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The trial will enroll about 87 participants and has two parts: first to check safety, then to find the right dose.
