Experimental cocktail aims to outsmart resistant myeloma

Summary
This early-stage trial tests two new drug combinations for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. One group gets elranatamab (an immune-boosting shot) plus carfilzomib and dexamethasone; the other gets elranatamab plus maplirpacept. The main goal is to check safety and find the right doses. About 59 participants will be treated for up to 2 years.
