New combo therapy shows promise for Hard-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This early-stage study tests two new drug combinations for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 59 adults will receive elranatamab (a shot under the skin) plus either carfilzomib and dexamethasone or another drug called maplirpacept. The main goal is to check safety and find the best doses, not to cure the disease.
