First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study checked the safety of a new dialysis filter called ELISIO™-HX in 22 adults with kidney failure who were already on dialysis. The main goal was to make sure the filter did not lower blood protein (albumin) levels, while also improving removal of certain waste products. Results help confirm the filter is safe for ongoing use in managing kidney disease.
