First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called Elfie can help people with high blood pressure lower their numbers better than standard care. About 930 adults with uncontrolled hypertension who already take at least one blood pressure pill will use the app to improve medication adherence. The main goal is to see if the app reduces systolic blood pressure (the top number) more than usual treatment.
