Summary
This study tests a new device called the Elevate™ heart pump in 290 people undergoing high-risk angioplasty, a procedure to open blocked heart arteries. The pump helps keep blood flowing during the procedure to prevent complications like heart attack, stroke, or low blood pressure. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the new pump or standard care to see which is safer and more effective.
