Smart suit zaps away pain? trial tests wearable tech for chronic conditions
NCT ID NCT07132775
Summary
This study is testing a special full-body suit that uses gentle electrical stimulation. It aims to see if wearing the suit is safe and can help reduce pain, muscle stiffness, and improve balance for people with conditions like multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia. About 15 participants will try the suit at home or in a clinic for 12 weeks to see if it makes a difference compared to a non-active version.
