This study tests whether an electronic decision-support system can help primary care doctors and specialists better manage patients with metabolic-dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). The tool will prompt doctors to refer high-risk patients to liver specialists and order appropriate tests for those at intermediate risk. The trial will enroll 7200 adults across multiple clinics to see if the system improves care and outcomes.
