This study tests whether pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMT) can improve swallowing function in people with cervicogenic dysphagia, a swallowing disorder caused by neck problems. Forty adults aged 50-60 with this condition will receive either real or placebo PEMT, along with swallowing exercises, twice a week for eight weeks.
