Zap to heal? new device aims to rewire brains after stroke

NCT ID NCT07095920

Summary

This study is testing a wearable device that uses gentle electromagnetic fields to try to help the brain recover after a stroke. Participants will wear the device while doing arm and leg exercises several times a week for three months. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can improve arm movement and reduce disability in people who had a stroke 6 months to 5 years ago.
