This trial tests whether electrical stimulation—using TENS and NMES—can improve nerve function and physical activity in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Sixty adults aged 55–65 with type 2 diabetes and neuropathy will receive either real or placebo stimulation sessions three times a week for ten weeks.
