NCT ID NCT07247097

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug combination (elranatamab plus standard medications) works better than the current standard (daratumumab plus standard medications) for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are not eligible for or choose not to have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see which combination leads to deeper cancer remission with fewer side effects. About 160 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
