First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study compares two drug combinations for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are not eligible for a stem cell transplant. One group gets elranatamab plus standard drugs (lenalidomide, bortezomib, dexamethasone), and the other gets daratumumab plus the same standard drugs. The goal is to see which combination works better at eliminating cancer cells deep in the bone marrow. About 160 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
