New program aims to help seniors stick with cancer treatment

Summary
This study is testing whether a coordinated care program helps older adults complete their planned digestive cancer chemotherapy. It will enroll 144 participants aged 75 and older who are starting treatment. The goal is to see if early support from a team of specialists helps patients get through more treatment cycles with fewer complications.
