Inclusion Criteria: Male and female * Age (45-64) * Stable cardio vascular status * Able to participate in mild to moderate exercise * Must be in 4-8 week of CABG and medically cleared for phase 2. * Able to provide informed consent Exclusion Criteria: Unstable cardiovascular condition. * Pulmonary conditions * Cognitive impairment * Other major surgeries and comorbidities
