Summary
This study looked at whether a 4-week program of elastic band exercises could improve hip strength and agility in 21 healthy young male basketball players aged 15-18. One group did the band exercises plus their regular training, while the other group only did regular training. The goal was to measure changes in hip adductor strength and agility performance.
