Summary

This study looked at whether a 4-week program of elastic band exercises could improve hip strength and agility in 21 healthy young male basketball players aged 15-18. Players were split into two groups: one did the band exercises plus regular training, the other did only regular training. The goal was to see if the band group gained more hip adductor strength and better agility.
