Tracking babies born to moms on endometriosis drug

NCT ID NCT04464187

Summary

This study aims to understand the safety of the medications Orilissa and Oriahnn (which contain elagolix) during pregnancy. Researchers are following pregnant women who have taken these drugs for conditions like endometriosis or fibroids, comparing their pregnancy outcomes to women with the same conditions who did not take the drug. The study does not provide any medication; it only observes and collects information from participants through questionnaires and medical records for about a year after delivery.
