This study tests whether adding elacestrant to the standard drug olaparib can help people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has a BRCA gene mutation. About 176 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or olaparib alone. The goal is to see if the combination delays cancer growth and improves quality of life.
