Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether adding a CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib, abemaciclib, or ribociclib) to elacestrant works better than elacestrant alone for people with advanced ER+/HER2- breast cancer that has already been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor. The study will enroll 174 participants and measure how long the cancer stays under control. The goal is to find a way to overcome treatment resistance.
