First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study is for people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (ER+/HER2-) that has stopped responding to a prior CDK4/6 inhibitor. It compares taking elacestrant alone versus elacestrant combined with another targeted drug (palbociclib, abemaciclib, or ribociclib). The goal is to see if the combination can delay cancer progression longer. About 174 participants will be enrolled.
