Digital hope for chronic pain: app aims to ease suffering in Under-Resourced communities
NCT ID NCT06688864
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help Black and LGBTQ+ adults better manage their chronic pain. Researchers want to see if using the app is practical and helpful for 300 people who have had pain for at least 3 months that interferes with daily life. The app teaches skills to cope with pain, and the study will measure changes in pain interference, stress, and daily function.
