Summary
This study tested whether eating whole eggs helps older adults (ages 50-69) build more muscle when they do strength training. Researchers wanted to see if the cholesterol in eggs is important for muscle growth. They also checked if eating eggs raised participants' blood cholesterol or other heart disease risks.
