Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment for a type of aggressive brain cancer called glioblastoma. The approach uses the patient's own immune cells, trained to attack the tumor, combined with low-intensity focused ultrasound to temporarily open the blood-brain barrier so the cells can reach the brain. The study aims to see if this combination is safe and feasible in 12 adults with newly diagnosed, treatment-resistant glioblastoma.
