Green tea extract tested to stop colon cancer return

Summary
This study looks at whether a compound found in green tea, called EGCG, can help prevent colon cancer from returning after surgery. About 51 people who had colon cancer removed will take EGCG or a placebo. Researchers will check for changes in DNA markers linked to cancer risk.
