Tapping away C-Section pain? study tests simple technique for new moms
NCT ID NCT06999564
Summary
This study tested whether a mind-body technique called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) could help women feel less pain and anxiety after a planned cesarean section. Researchers worked with 60 first-time mothers, teaching some of them EFT shortly after their surgery. The goal was to see if this non-drug approach could improve comfort and feelings of safety in the early days after birth.
