Summary
This early study aims to understand how a single dose of an experimental drug called efimosfermin alfa behaves in people with different levels of liver damage from fatty liver disease. Researchers will enroll 32 adults with moderate to severe liver impairment to measure how the drug moves through their bodies and check for safety. The goal is to gather basic information to guide future research, not to treat the disease.
