NCT ID NCT07221227

Summary

This large, late-stage study is testing whether a new drug called efimosfermin alfa can help people with a serious form of fatty liver disease called MASH. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce liver scarring and fat buildup over one year, compared to a placebo. The study will also track whether the treatment helps prevent serious liver problems in the long run.
