Summary

This study looks at whether low-frequency ultrasound baths can improve muscle strength, thinking skills, and immune health in healthy adults aged 70 and older. Twenty participants will either receive ultrasound baths or plain baths three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to learn more about how ultrasound might support healthy aging.
