First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated Jun 03, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This early study tests whether a wearable EEG headband (MUSE-S) can help breast cancer survivors manage anxiety and insomnia. About 20 survivors who have had breast cancer in the past 10 years and currently struggle with anxiety and poor sleep will use the headband for guided meditation. The goal is to see if it's easy to use and if it improves their quality of life.
