Summary
This study is testing whether a structured education program helps adults with type 1 diabetes manage their condition better. 150 participants will attend classes covering diet, exercise, insulin use, and complication prevention, followed by regular check-ups for one year. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar control, self-management skills, and quality of life to see if the education leads to lasting improvements.
