New study: three classes could boost Seniors' health smarts

Summary
This study tests whether a three-session education program can help older adults (65+) feel more confident, adopt healthier habits, and better understand health information. One hundred participants from primary care centers will either take the program or receive usual care. Researchers will measure changes after about a month to see if the program makes a difference.
