Summary
This study looks at the best methods for tobacco quitline staff to inform heavy smokers aged 55-80 about lung cancer screening. Researchers will analyze calls, emails, and surveys from 800 participants to see what works. The goal is to increase screening rates and knowledge without directly treating the disease.
