Summary
This early-stage study tests a new gene-editing drug called EDB-102 in 15 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver and no longer responds to standard targeted therapy. The drug uses CRISPR technology to find and disable a specific cancer-causing gene mutation. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose.
