ER agitation tool aims to reduce restraints

Summary

This study tests a new approach called ED-TREAT that helps emergency room staff spot and treat agitation early. About 26 adults at risk of agitation will take part to see if the tool is easy to use and works well. The goal is to improve patient care and reduce the need for physical restraints.
