Summary

This study tests whether giving the inhaler Airsupra to adults in the emergency department during an asthma attack can prevent future flare-ups and improve asthma control over 3 months. About 1,860 participants will be randomly assigned to receive Airsupra or usual care. The goal is to see if starting this medication in the ER reduces urgent visits for asthma symptoms.
