Summary

This study looks at how care in the emergency room (ER) after a heart attack affects short-term survival. Researchers will review records of 6,000 adults who had a heart attack outside the hospital and were revived in the ER. The goal is to find which ER treatments and their timing help more patients survive the first few days.
