Summary

This study tests whether giving the inhaler Airsupra to adults in the emergency department, instead of usual care, can prevent asthma flare-ups and improve control over the next 3 months. About 1,860 people aged 18 to 54 with acute asthma will take part. The goal is to see if starting this medicine early reduces urgent doctor visits and helps patients manage their asthma better at home.
