First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special PET/CT scan using flotufolastat F 18 can find leftover or returning prostate cancer after focal therapy. About 81 men who had focal treatment 6-36 months ago will get the scan. If it works, it could offer a less invasive way to check for cancer compared to standard biopsies.
