PET scan may help pick best breast cancer therapy

Summary
This study is for people with a type of breast cancer that has spread. It tests whether a special PET scan and blood tests can help doctors choose the best second-line treatment, either hormone therapy or chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long the cancer stays under control. About 300 participants will take part.
