NCT ID NCT05660291

Summary

This Mayo Clinic pilot study aims to see if eating all your daily food within an 8-hour window earlier or later in the day is better for weight loss. It will involve 100 overweight or obese adults. The study will track changes in weight, BMI, blood sugar, and cholesterol, while also looking at how easy the eating plan is to follow and its effect on quality of life.
