Can eating only during the day help night shift nurses lose weight?

NCT ID NCT06891352

Summary

This study is testing whether changing when night shift nurses eat can improve their health. It will compare three approaches: just tracking food, limiting eating to a 10-hour daytime window, or that same window plus a special snack during the night shift. The goal is to see if these eating patterns help with weight, body fat, blood sugar, and other health markers over a year.
