Summary
This study is testing whether restricting daily eating to specific time windows helps people with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Researchers will compare the effects of eating only during daytime hours versus nighttime hours on blood sugar control, weight, and heart disease risk. Participants will receive personalized nutrition advice and have their health tracked over 18 months to see which eating schedule works better.
